Since we’re a fully student-run organization, we try to make it as easy as possible to balance academics with TeraThought. Holidays during exam weeks, flexibility with meeting and work times, and a support network of teammates who took the same classes as you, are all ways we aim to make life much easier for everyone.
Most importantly, we’re a really open and understanding group. Everybody is reachable by everyone else, and we promote dialogue and conversation as the answer to any conflict.
